Our Council is made up of four members, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health practitioners and a legal member.

We manage complaints about the clinical care and treatment, professional behaviour or health of registered Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health practitioners and students in NSW.

We manage complaints about the conduct, performance and health of registered health practitioners and students in NSW.

Complaints are concerns about the care, treatment or behaviour of a registered health practitioner.
